When entering InterACT a popup window will be launched. If there is any pop-up blocking software running on your computer you will need to disable it to get access to InterACT.

InterACT is configured to work with Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 and above. If you do not have Internet Explorer you can visit microsoft and download a copy.

For best results InterACT should be viewed using a screen resolution of 1024x768. If you are unsure about how to set your screen resolution please contact your system administrator. Alternatively e-mail one of our technical advisors on info@ddatraininguk.com.

If you also have Google or Yahoo toolbars the pop up blockers on these need disabling.
