One to one and a half-hour briefing/update session for senior management teams, boards, committees and similar senior level groups.

Duration: 1 – 1.5 hour briefing session

Suitable for: Senior management teams (boards of directors, representative bodies, management committees, etc.) who are responsible for strategy and overall operational management within an organisation.

Please Note: Briefing Sessions for Boards of Directors are half hour in duration and are specifically tailored for the client. Costs vary and are available upon request.

Brief description: The briefing session is designed to provide a concentrated overview of the Act, enabling participants as a group to identify key areas requiring action to best implement the DDA in their organisation.

The session is flexible so that, depending on the focus required and time available, between 1 and 3 of the key points to highlight the employment and/or service delivery provisions of the Act. Facilitation will form the main structure of the session, combined with an opportunity for the team (board, committee etc) to discuss questions and agree specific actions to move these matters forward.
