Workshop 2

Half-day (three to four hour) overview for managers, management teams and committees.

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours

Maximum No. of candidates: 16 (no less than 8)

Brief Description: The half day workshop is designed to provide an overview of the Act. The session will enable the group to undertake gap analysis – i.e. identify what work has already been undertaken in the organisation or company in response to the Act, and highlight key areas requiring further action.

The session provides time for some work to be done on both employment and service delivery provisions of the Act. This is flexible however, and it maybe appropriate to concentrate on just one area, depending on the make-up of the group.
