One-day course on employment provisions, and their practical application, for managers, supervisors and personnel staff.

Duration: 1 day (morning and afternoon breaks 15 – 20 minutes; lunch break 45 – 60 minutes)

Suitable for: Managers and supervisors who need to explore in some depth the employment implications of the DDA, personnel/human resources team staff who are unfamiliar with the Act or need to review their understanding of its practical effect.

Brief Description: This one-day workshop focuses on the employment provisions of the DDA, and examines their practical application in recruitment, selection and management of staff. It will also enable participants to review how the employment provisions have been used so far in a range of situations, in order to identify learning points for themselves and the organisation.
